Exchange & Refund


Our customers have the full right to request an exchange or a refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must inform us within 3–4 days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be accommodated.

If you wish to exchange a product due to personal preference, you will need to send the parcel back to our address. In such cases, courier charges for both sides will be borne by the customer.

However, if the exchange or refund is due to an error from our side, we will take full responsibility, including all courier expenses.
